Why don’t women harness their own power?

Why don’t women harness their own power? Fear of understanding what it is, fear of thinking it comes from some external source- looking around at others and mimicking it (the old dress for success). Women have to remember they are innately powerful and are born powerful. No one has to give a woman power; she is born with it.
